Le Café Vérité is my homage to the sport of Time Trialing. Named after the french term Course de Vérité meaning, race of truth, the Café is my showcase. Currently only a web presence Le Café Vérité will become a web museum to display my collection and eventually an actual brick and mortar Café where cyclists and aspiring cyclists can come be surrounded by vintage time trial bikes, equipment, clothing, photographs, posters, oddities of the sport and of course amazing coffee.

This is a work in progress at this location and will eventually have a permanent .com home for Time Trialist to look, enjoy and share. I have been enamoured with the beauty and aesthetics of the Time Trial "funny bike" almost since I first discovered cycling. No other aspect of cycling has had so much time and money dedicated to it, nor as many unique designs. From the individual component to the riders clothing, vast amounts of expertise goes into designing these, many times, one of a kind machines built for the sole purpose of getting the rider from point A to point B in the least amount of time. I hope you enjoy my my collection, the online museum is open to everyone, please send me your pictures, stories, histories, and equipment specs. I am currently looking for pictures of 80's and 90's funny bikes, early softride, Zipp or other beam bikes, Hooker Elite bikes and components, and any strange or unusual gear you may have related to time trial.
